The Ombudsman is a person appointed by the Board of Directors of JSC NC KazMunayGas, whose role is to advise employees of the company who have applied to them and assist in resolving problematic issues of a social and labor nature, as well as compliance with the principles of the Code of Business Ethics by employees of the company.
